These Yoga classes are a functional dinamic connection between different Asanas and elements from the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga series.
The goal is to learn how to listen to our body, bringing the breathing and movements in a continous flow. At the same time participants will develop strenght and lenght in the body, and self-awareness.
